2024 STRHA Sponsorship Packages

Sponsors and volunteers are the backbone of our organization. Our sponsors provide the necessary support to provide a fun and exciting show experience to all of our dedicated competitors, trainers, and horse owners. We offer many options for different levels of Sponsorship, and invite you to reach out to us to tailor one specifically for you or your business. Platinum Sponsors
$5000 and over

Sponsorship is for a 12 month period.
The option of naming rights for a specialty award (i.e. saddle series, buckle classes, year-end class awards , etc.) Opportunity to present the award.This tailored sponsorship item is to be negotiated between the parties.
Advertisement logo on the STRHA website (Sponsor must supply promotion information to appear).
Link to your website (or single social media page of choice) featured on the sponsors page of the STRHA website with priority placement.
Up to twelve (12) announcements of sponsorship via electronic collateral of choice (e.g. STRHA social media, email, website) Note: Sponsor must supply promotion information to appear. Limited to image and/or single link to Sponsor’s website or social media site.
Recognition at annual Awards Banquet. Opportunity to provide flyers and/or product to members present.
Optional STRHA-approved featured blog or electronic news article on the STRHA website authored by you or your designee with link to your website or single social media page of choice (limited to 400 words).

Diamond Sponsors
$2500 (up to $4999)

Sponsorship is for a 12 month period

$1000 (up to $2499)

Sponsorship is for a 12 month period

Product Donations

Donate product from your company. Award donations may be horse related supplies, tack, gift certificates, equipment, hats, jackets, saddles, buckles, trophies, or added class money. A product sponsorship must be accompanied by a receipt for retail value of donation.
